📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable, and efficient software applications and architecture • Design, develop, and maintain Java APIs and backend services • Implement and optimize data models and queries for AWS DocumentDB (MongoDB-compatible) • Utilize AWS services to deploy and manage backend solutions • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards • Maintain code quality, performance, and security • Implement unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues • Identify and resolve complex technical issues, debug applications, and optimize existing systems • Research and present new technologies and methodologies to enhance productivity and software quality • Stay ahead of industry trends • Work collaboratively across distributed teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of strong development experience in Java • Proficiency in AWS services and cloud architecture • Strong proficiency in core and advanced Java, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms • Exposure to a product-based environment • Solid debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and proactively • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Exquisite attention to detail • Ability to think strategically and logically • Ownership mentality with strong problem-solving instincts • Clear communication across distributed teams and ability to drive architectural trade-offs • Ability to balance strategic vision with execution at scale • Collaborative mindset and commitment to engineering excellence • Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, model deployment strategies, and integration practices • Experience exposing ML models via APIs in a production environment
