📋 Description
• Handling customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat • Troubleshooting account or technical issues and escalating when necessary • Ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up • Maintaining high customer satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
• German C2 / Native • English B2 or higher • EU passport or valid work permit for Greece • Flexibility for on-site or remote work with rotating shifts (Monday–Sunday, depending on the project) • Willingness to relocate to Greece at least one week before start date (for on-site roles)
