📋 Description

• Provide customer support to Danish-speaking customers. • Collaborate with international team members. • Handle inquiries effectively and efficiently. • Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service. • Participate in team training and development initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent/Native Danish (C2 level). • Good English skills (B2) for internal communication and systems. • Currently residing in Braga (required). • A customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills. • Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit.
