• Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen auf Deutsch per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat • Fehlerbehebung bei Konto- oder Technikproblemen und Weiterleitung bei Bedarf • Sicherstellung korrekter Dokumentation und zeitnaher Nachverfolgung • Hohe Kundenzufriedenheit gewährleisten
🎯 Requirements
• Deutsch C2/Muttersprache • Englisch B2 oder höher • EU-Pass oder gültige Arbeitserlaubnis für Griechenland • Flexibilität für Vor-Ort- oder Remote-Arbeit mit rotierenden Schichten (MontagSonntag, je nach Projekt) • Motivation, mindestens 1 Woche vor Arbeitsbeginn nach Griechenland umzuziehen (bei Vor-Ort-Stellen)
