📋 Description
• Agent will act as a car hire and handle customer queries (general enquiries, cancellations and amendments) • Respond consumer inquiries/questions raised via phone, email and chat channels for customers (no camera ON is required) • Maintain Accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database • Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training • Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or Higher is preferred • Native/Fluent Croatian speaker • Good level of English - min B1 (training might be in ENG) • Good Problem-Solving Skills • Strong troubleshooting skills • Familiar with Technology • Upbeat and positive • Previous experience in any customer facing role • Hospitality or Car Rental experience is preferable • Passionate about customers
