📋 Description
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat • Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' issues • Maintain customer satisfaction by following up on requests • Work closely with the team to ensure high-quality support • Manage customer data and records in the system
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent Danish (written and spoken) & good English communication skills • EU citizenship OR valid work permit (full-purpose, specific-purpose, or refugee protection certificate) • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • No previous experience needed – entry-level role
