📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service and file quality. • Obtain and verify necessary documentation for analyzing the condo project. • Communicate directly with condo reviewers and/or loan officers. • Work with Homeowners Associations (HOA’s), Loan Officers, Project Reviewers, agencies, and other professional services. • Perform a thorough review and analysis of project questionnaires, budgets and insurance policies. • Prepare a project approval summary for missing documentation. • Document all communication related to the loan application in the LOS.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 5 years’ residential mortgage processing experience, required. • Excellent math and analytical skills • Excellent communication skills • Excellent prioritization and time management skills. • Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce & Windows.
