📋 Description

• Develop integrated marketing strategies to build interest in the CrossFit brand– specifically driving Sport season participation, partnership engagement, and retail purchases. • Create customer activation programs and content that drive engagement with our existing community and growth with new customers. • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channel touchpoints. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously without missing deadlines/deliverables. • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sport, partnerships, retail, product, creative, social and more, to ensure alignment in messaging and execution across all marketing channels. • Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to maximize collaboration opportunities. • Identify industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights in the fitness landscape that can drive new opportunities and inform marketing strategies. • Track and analyze campaign performance against KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience working on marketing campaigns. • Experience creating multi-channel marketing strategies and plans. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives at once. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to balance differing priorities across teams. • The discipline, flexibility, and self-starter mentality required to work as part of a high-performing team
