📋 Description

• Exercise incident handling processes across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms • Perform basic malware analysis • Develop and improve processes for incident detection and execution of countermeasures • Produce high-quality written and verbal communications, recommendations, and findings for customer management • Demonstrate industry thought leadership through blog posts, CrowdCasts, and other public speaking events • Manage internal programs or teams • Detect and respond to customer incidents in real time through CrowdStrike’s virtual security operations center • Work allocated global follow-the-sun shifts: Wednesday to Saturday or Sunday to Wednesday, 40 hours per week

🎯 Requirements

• Capable of completing technical tasks without supervision • Desire to grow and expand technical and soft skills • Strong project management skills • Incident response experience investigating targeted threats such as Advanced Persistent Threats, organized crime, and hacktivists • Experience using forensic analysis tools to determine the extent and scope of compromise • Understanding of system internals for countermeasures and remediation • Knowledge of network protocols, network analysis tools, and associated network logs • Ability to perform static and dynamic malware analysis • Strong understanding of targeted attacks and ability to create customized tactical and strategic remediation plans • Strong understanding of secure network architecture and background in network operations • Coding experience in C, C#, VB, Python, Perl, Ruby on Rails, and .NET • High business-level to native Japanese language skills, including writing, without need for peer proofreading • Business-level English skills • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes
