📋 Description

• Develop and architect software, covering analysis, architecture, design, coding, testing, acceptance, release and infrastructure • Develop, improve and refine architectures, systems, tools and resources, both existing and under development • Analyze solutions for new software and updates, ensuring the best technical solution for functional and non-functional requirements • Conduct technical research, studies and analyses and identify opportunities to improve practices • Define solutions through studies and market research, seeking technologies that accelerate the business and simplify the architecture • Research, identify and design solutions focused on performance, scalability, portability, reusability and testability • Analyze initiatives and projects and ensure adherence to corporate policies, standards and architecture • Guide evaluations of market solutions to meet technical and functional requirements • Design interface and integration diagrams for solutions according to the company’s technology standards • Promote best practices and development methodologies, mentoring analysts and developers • Keep the corporate architecture roadmap up to date • Monitor market innovations and recommend adjustments or technology replacements • Prepare technical reports to support decision-making • Produce architecture documentation, identify risks and define mitigation actions • Analyze the quality of large data sets and contribute to compliance with quality standards • Create search algorithms and data cleansing routines • Act as a technical reference and prepare presentations on technologies, systems and infrastructure • Lead medium-sized, moderately complex projects with moderate impact, preparing work and contingency plans and integrating resources and solutions • Comply with internal policies and applicable health, hygiene, safety and compliance regulations • Perform other duties inherent to the role and propose improvements or innovations
