• The Vice President of Access Services is responsible for overseeing and expanding CSD’s Access Services division. • Focus on driving the growth and operational excellence of Sign Language and captioning services. • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and independent interpreting contractors. • Lead strategic business development efforts for CSD Access. • Collaborate with internal marketing teams and other stakeholders to identify and execute opportunities for expansion and innovation. • Evaluate and improve VRI and captioning technologies to ensure top-tier service delivery and innovation. • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to expand market presence. • Ensure effective scheduling, compliance, and quality standards for all interpreting services. • Work closely with the Division President and other CSD Access leadership to align strategic priorities and initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in interpreting services, accessibility services, or related industries, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. • 5–10 years of experience in business development, with a proven record of driving service growth and expansion. • 5–10 years of experience leading and scaling high-performing teams, including independent contractor networks. • Demonstrated expertise in managing and growing interpreting agencies, with deep understanding of VRI, captioning, and related technologies. • Proven track record of developing and executing strategies that drive operational efficiency and revenue growth. • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders. • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and scalability. • Well-connected within the interpreting, Deaf, and hard-of-hearing communities, with established industry relationships. • Commitment to CSD’s mission and values, with a passion for creating accessible, inclusive communication experiences. • Ability to communicate in American Sign Language (Required).
