📋 Description

• Validate CCS applications through manual and automated testing • Analyze requirements and create test scenarios • Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, test data, and test plans • Perform functional, regression, integration, application, and end-to-end testing • Develop and maintain automated tests using Reqnroll/SpecFlow • Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and perform root-cause analysis • Log, track, retest, and communicate software defects • Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and support teams • Participate in Agile ceremonies, release validation, and production-readiness activities • Contribute to test automation improvements and execution through Azure DevOps and Jenkins • Support reliable product delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field • 2–5 years of experience in software testing or test engineering • Experience with manual and automated testing • Experience with Reqnroll/SpecFlow, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins • Knowledge of test management, defect tracking, scripting, and SQL • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills • Preferred: experience testing CCS, billing, customer-care, order-management, or other enterprise systems • Preferred: exposure to mainframe or transaction-processing environments • Preferred: experience with release validation and production-readiness testing
