📋 Description

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to guide the modernization and re-platforming of the service solution • Ensure enhancements align with long-term business strategy and real-world service workflows • Deeply understand dealership operations to identify unmet needs and opportunities for increased adoption • Reassess the product’s value proposition and refine packaging, positioning, and messaging as needed • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure go-to-market efforts effectively highlight product strengths and drive growth • Identify practical, high-impact opportunities to embed AI into service workflows (e.g., scheduling, diagnostics, summarization) • Drive alignment across Product, Development, Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams to execute against shared goals • Engage directly with dealerships to capture insights, validate enhancements, and build strong customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with field service operations, dealership workflows, or B2B service management tools • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution • Proven success working directly with customers or end users to shape product direction and improve adoption • 5+ years of experience in product management, initiative leadership, or strategic program roles within software or technology companies • Experience with software modernization or re-platforming efforts • Exposure to AI technologies and their application in business workflows (e.g., intelligent automation, summarization, diagnostics) • Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or vertical market software is a plus
