• Now steps into the BPO arena, offering bespoke solutions to small and medium-sized ventures. • We are on the hunt for a Director of Business Development to fuel our new logo acquisition, targeting small yet potent deals vital for our revenue ascent. • Here's a chance to thrive in a fresh, upwardly mobile BPO setup, with a commission structure more rewarding than what the big leagues offer. • Your prowess in consultative solution-selling will be the cornerstone for navigating complex client needs, driving mutually rewarding business outcomes. • Join us, pioneer growth, and carve out a lucrative sales journey with CSV Now. • Sales Growth: You're a hunter: proactively identify and engage with small to midsize business prospects, leveraging market insights and industry networks to uncover opportunities and drive new deal acquisition. • Meet aggressive sales growth targets through reliable pipeline management and accurate forecasting. • Employ a consultative solution-selling approach to address complex client challenges, driving mutually beneficial business outcomes. • Relationship Management: Expertise in cultivating and maintaining relationships with decision-makers within client organizations, including C-level executives, to secure new business and maximize the value delivered by CSV Now's services. • Act as a trusted advisor to client prospects by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business drivers, organizational imperatives, and customer experience challenges. • Sales Execution: Support all stages of the sales process, maintaining sales control and guiding internal teams to collaborate and rally around the development of innovative solutions. • Ensure smooth transition of client wins into implementation and operations, acting as a steward for good business and nurturing the client relationship through flawless execution. • Market & Product Understanding: Possess an in-depth understanding of CSV Now's services and differentiation in the marketplace. • Maintain competitive knowledge and focus, continuously growing and developing professionally. • Reporting and Communication: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system. • Deliver effective proposals and presentations to decision-makers, articulating CSV Now's value proposition.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years of experience leading consultative sales cycles to enterprise and high-growth companies, with a focus on BPO solutions. • Proven ability to initiate, develop, and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations, influencing purchase and buying decisions. • Experience selling complex hybrid CX solutions in the outsourcing marketplace. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for revolutionary technological solutions. • Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success. • Excellent team and relationship building, sales, customer service, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in sales rep KPIs/conversion metrics and the use of CRM systems. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a results-driven approach and a commitment to exceeding department metrics/measures.
