📋 Description

• Perform technical analysis of project and construction documents, verifying compliance with technical standards (designs, construction controls, test reports, supplier documentation, among others), providing support to the client during project development and/or construction execution phases. These analyses will result in the preparation of technical reports and opinions. • Conduct technical site visits to construction sites with a focus on performance; practical knowledge of service execution and an understanding of construction execution processes are required. • Use and interpret technical standards to carry out analyses and deliver services.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; • Experience with projects, construction, or technical analysis; • Knowledge of technical standards in the construction industry; • Valid driver's license and availability for site visits; • Analytical and organized mindset; • Good communication skills and ability to interpret technical information; • Proactive and willing to learn; • Commitment, focus, and attention to detail; • Interest in quality and performance within the construction industry.
