📋 Description

• Lead deep analysis of success indicators (KPIs) for sales, conversion, traffic, and consumer behavior, using data to guide all area decision-making; • Define and manage advanced strategies for product highlighting and promotion, cross-referencing profit margin, inventory turnover, and search trends to maximize return on investment; • Create, analyze, and present campaign performance reports, transforming data into clear narratives to recommend immediate and ongoing action plans; • Structure the B2B channel strategy, using market intelligence to adapt offers and storefronts and to boost conversion among business partners. • Strategic Planning and Curation: • Lead the construction of the promotional and commercial action calendar based on financial projections, historical sales data, and seasonality studies; • Drive campaign curation using predictive data, selecting themes and products with the highest conversion potential to compose our commercial narrative; • Validate and direct strategic briefs for the Design and Content teams, ensuring creative assets are optimized for performance. • Strategic Operational Execution and Digital Setup: • Audit and optimize the digital asset creation pipeline (landing pages, banners, storefronts), proposing A/B tests to continuously improve usability and Conversion Rate; • Oversee the lifecycle of high-complexity campaigns, ensuring properly parameterized links and excellence in the end-to-end customer journey. • Alignment and Interface: • Act as a business partner to Commercial, Marketing, and Logistics areas, influencing decisions and ensuring an omnichannel execution based on solid data.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or related fields; • Solid experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital trade marketing, with a proven track record of impacting sales results; • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analysis tools (advanced Excel/Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms); • Strategic business vision to translate consumer behavior into short-, medium-, and long-term action plans; • Alignment with the OneDFT culture: ability to lead by influence, ownership mentality, assertive communication, and a collaborative mindset focused on the overall success of the team. • Nice to have: • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Looker; • Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization methodologies and running A/B tests; • Advantage: intermediate English and/or Spanish.
