• We are the Commercial Strategy team; we work to continuously develop new initiatives that drive results, efficiency and sustainable growth, in partnership with health plan operators, connecting the strength of our brands, excellence in service delivery, and a strong national presence. • We translate the main demands into opportunities to deliver the best outcome for all parties involved in the negotiation. • 🔎 About the position: We are looking for a professional to join the Commercial Planning team, supporting and leading projects for new opportunities, and monitoring and cascading those opportunities within the Commercial team. • Analyze key market indicators to design the best strategies aligned with the profile of each operator, guiding the Commercial team to make the most of all opportunities. • Act as an interface between internal areas (operations, finance, pricing, and other corporate functions) and the Commercial team as a whole, unfolding major movements and designing impact projects; • Lead and support the construction of operator-specific strategies, outlining the step-by-step approach for opportunities, mapping impacts, and maximizing results; • Analyze key indicators by client portfolio, clustering by profile to arrive at commercial strategies for each cluster; • Map the main risks arising from movements by active market players; • Lead strategic projects that may impact the Commercial team, anticipating and mitigating such impacts and turning them into opportunities; • Perform analyses of the main commercial parameters, including possible variations in price, volume, margin, and other contractual variables, creating action plans for unmapped variations; • Monitor the Commercial team’s key indicators against budget, translating findings into strategies to boost results; • Support the follow-up of adjustment/repricing processes with operators, developing strategies for the different stages of each company; • Create executive presentations to support decision-making, monitor related projects, document action plans developed, and prioritize opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed); • Experience in Commercial Intelligence, Market Intelligence, Commercial Planning, or Commercial Strategy; • Proven experience with commercial and market analyses; • Ability to work autonomously across multiple fronts, prioritize demands, and influence various stakeholders; • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience preparing executive presentations (required) and strong analytical/interpretative skills. • Preferred: • Experience analyzing indicators from ANS (National Supplementary Health Agency), such as TISS and TUSS datasets; • Knowledge of the supplementary health sector (providers and health plan operators).
