📋 Description
• Conduct market benchmark studies to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity; • Update salary tables and ensure compensation policies align with the company's strategy; • Design job architecture and conduct job evaluations using a specific methodology; • Maintain up-to-date salary ranges and compensation models based on market analyses; • Perform Short-Term Incentive (STI) calculations; • Analyze compensation metrics to provide input for decision-making; • Serve as a technical reference for the team's analysts; • Identify and propose improvements to area processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Psychology or related fields; • Proven experience in the responsibilities listed; • Knowledge of labor legislation and regulations related to compensation and benefits; • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling).
