• Structure and operationalize private fundraising strategies aligned with the institutional planning of the Sirio-Libanês Social Responsibility Institute (IRSSL); • Prospect, develop and maintain relationships with companies, institutes, foundations and potential strategic partners; • Prepare institutional proposals, executive presentations, work plans and materials for sponsors and social investors; • Support the development of institutional narratives and projects aligned with ESG agendas, public health, innovation and social impact; • Identify opportunities for calls for proposals, incentive laws, sponsorships, donations and strategic partnerships; • Lead negotiations and institutional communications with external stakeholders; • Support the construction and management of the fundraising funnel and opportunity pipeline; • Conduct analyses of alignment between potential partners and institutional projects; • Support technical and institutional reporting for funded projects; • Establish indicators, management reports and track area objectives; • Work collaboratively with corporate areas and units managed by IRSSL; • Support the consolidation of processes, governance and institutional intelligence for the fundraising area.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Institutional Relations, Communications, Marketing, Public Management, Public Health or related fields; • Experience in fundraising/resource mobilization, institutional development, government relations, ESG, private social investment or related areas; • Experience preparing projects, institutional proposals and managing relationships with strategic partners; • Experience in stakeholder management and institutional negotiation; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Analytical ability, strategic vision and strong organizational skills; • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel; • Desirable: experience in the nonprofit/third sector, health or social organizations; experience with incentive laws, public calls for proposals and private social investment; established relationships with corporate institutes, foundations and the ESG ecosystem; project management knowledge; experience with CRM, sales funnels or institutional relationship management tools.
