📋 Description

• Ensure the accuracy of operational and financial information through continuous monitoring of usage and validation of data in corporate systems. • Ensure correct processing of administrative payments by entering, verifying and tracking invoices, meeting deadlines and internal policies. • Provide reliable management information to support decision-making by updating, maintaining and analyzing dashboards and operational reports. • Identify and flag discrepancies and inconsistencies in processes through analysis of indicators and cross-referencing data, ensuring visibility of operational risks. • Contribute to resolving operational deviations by proposing and monitoring action plans, ensuring issues are resolved within established deadlines. • Ensure continuity and organization of the area's administrative processes by controlling activities, meeting deadlines and adhering to internal guidelines. • Respond to requests from internal departments and related stakeholders, providing administrative support and ensuring availability of information needed to carry out processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in a related field • Previous experience in a similar role • Knowledge of aviation operational areas is a plus • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office • Analytical mindset for operational data
