📋 Description

• Build, review, and evolve credit cycle policies (Origination and Maintenance) to guide the company’s sustainable growth; • Implement rules in decision rule engines and automation to drive efficiency gains; • Validate and monitor ratings and credit policies, proposing data-driven adjustments; • Develop indicators and reports that translate technical complexity into actionable insights; • Contribute to defining and executing the company’s credit strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in credit risk management, credit analysis, monitoring, collections, or modeling; • Strong experience with SQL and data analysis; • Proficiency in data manipulation (Python, R, SAS, etc.); • Analytical and systems thinking for innovation and solving complex problems; • Experience in credit modeling; • Experience building and deploying predictive models; • Experience in credit policy development and implementation; • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; • Experience with corporate/business credit (legal entities).
