📋 Description

• Ensure the correct definition, configuration and maintenance of the company's fiscal rules (ICMS, PIS, COFINS, IPI, CBS, IBS and IS), acting consultatively in the interpretation of legislation and its business impact, ensuring correct purchase cost and appropriate pricing, mitigating tax risks and supporting operations, especially for marketplace, logistics operator and fulfillment projects. • Configure and maintain fiscal rules for purchases, sales and transfers (fiscal master data). • Enter and control fiscal rules using Excel spreadsheets and legacy systems. • Build and validate tax treatments that directly impact purchase cost, pricing and consequently margin. • Analyze tax legislation (ICMS, PIS, COFINS, IPI, IBS, CBS and IS) and translate it into rules applicable to the business. • Monitor legal changes daily (Official Gazette, IOB, etc.) and assess impacts for the company. • Ensure correct tax application in intra-state and inter-state purchase, sale and transfer operations (Brazil). • Act as an internal consultant for areas such as Pricing, Commercial, Logistics and IT. • Identify and correct tax discrepancies between fiscal master data and suppliers' NF-e (electronic invoice) data. • Ensure implementation of tax changes within critical deadlines (e.g., legislative rollovers).

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, Economics or related fields. • Solid experience in tax planning, fiscal rules and tax consultancy. • In-depth knowledge of ICMS, PIS, COFINS, IPI, IBS, CBS and IS. • Experience analyzing legislation and assessing business impact. • Experience with fiscal configuration (master data). • Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level). • Differentials: Experience with marketplaces, logistics operators and fulfillment. • Knowledge of tax systems (Tax One, SAP, ERP or similar). • Postgraduate degree/MBA in Taxation.
