📋 Description

• Work closely with Engineering and Architecture teams throughout the product development process • Translate customer needs and complex technical challenges into clear product requirements, use cases, and user flows • Drive product features from definition through development, release, and customer adoption • Identify and develop opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies within the product • Engage directly with customers and prospects to understand their environments, challenges, and workflows • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and other teams across CTERA • Stay current on developments and technologies across AI, DSPM, data security, data governance, and related cybersecurity areas • Understand competing products and technologies and bring relevant insights into the product • Manage multiple priorities and follow through on execution, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B enterprise technology - MUST • Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem, including current and emerging technologies and their application in enterprise environments - MUST • Proven experience working on complex, technical enterprise products and closely with R&D teams - MUST • Experience in DSPM, data security, data governance, identity security, or adjacent cybersecurity domains - strong advantage • Strong technical orientation, analytical thinking, and excellent attention to detail • Hands-on, proactive, hardworking, and highly accountable • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and get things done
