📋 Description

• Conduct regular internal compliance audits to assess adherence to federal, state, and accreditation standards • Identify potential compliance risks and areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans • Design, develop, and deliver training programs on compliance topics, including regulatory requirements, data privacy, and ethical conduct • Create training materials, presentations, and resources to enhance staff understanding of compliance policies and procedures • Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of compliance policies and procedures • Provide guidance and support to staff on compliance-related inquiries and issues • Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, compliance issues, and training outcomes • Support accreditation processes and external audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence of compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Law, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CCEP, CRCM) is preferred • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance, auditing and training, preferably in an educational or IT environment • Strong knowledge of federal and state education regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance best practices • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively train and educate staff at all levels • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to identify compliance risks and implement solutions. • Proficient skills in MS Office software products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project and ability to learn additional software products • Microsoft Excel power user
