CTS Eventim Israel is the Israeli branch of CTS EVENTIM, operating an online ticketing platform and events marketplace that sells tickets for concerts, festivals, theater, sports, exhibitions and family shows. The site and app provide event listings, seat selection, ticket collection and customer support, plus corporate/B2B ticketing services, gift vouchers and a newsletter. It aggregates and promotes both local and international live entertainment and venue events across Israel.

📋 Description

• As a Social Media Manager (m/f/d) at Kess, you will take responsibility for our social channels with a focus on Instagram and TikTok. • You develop creative content ideas, execute them independently, and continuously monitor platform trends, performance, and algorithms. • As part of our Social Media & Communications team, you work both operationally and strategically: you take a holistic approach to content, develop formats, and actively shape how we are perceived as a beauty brand. • In line with our brand guidelines, you ensure aesthetic storytelling, strong visuals, and a consistent brand presence.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media/content creation, ideally at a brand or agency. • Strong aesthetic sensibility and creativity, with an understanding of minimalist, clean brand design. • Up to date with social media trends and passionate about beauty and lifestyle topics. • Confident user of CapCut, Premiere Pro, and Canva. • Strong communication skills, excellent writing ability, and good editorial judgment. • Organizational talent and a structured, independent working style with a strong solution-oriented, hands-on mentality. • Ideally experience with, or willingness to, appear on camera. • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
