📋 Description

• Manage accounts payable and receivable • Process customer and vendor invoices • Track payments, follow up on overdue payments, and ensure timely collections • Assist with budgeting and forecasting by providing financial data and analysis • Analyze financial data and trends to identify improvements, cost-saving opportunities, and potential risks • Create purchase orders • Prepare and support financial reporting • Assist with internal and external audits by providing financial records and documentation • Handle sensitive financial information confidentially • Maintain and organize records, files, and confidential documents • Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure billing accuracy • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and collection efficiency • Help maintain clear documentation of accounting procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5+ years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles • Experience working with invoicing, collections, and reconciliations • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar systems) • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines • Experience in healthcare, B2B, or service-based industries preferred • Familiarity with hospital or large institutional billing processes preferred • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred • Experience supporting U.S. customers while working offshore preferred • Minimum 5th-generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent • Minimum 4 GB RAM • Windows 10 or Mac OSX • Minimum 5.0 Mbps primary internet connection with reliable backup • USB noise-cancelling headset required • Webcam with minimum 3 MP and 720p recording capability
