📋 Description

• Identify and generate sales leads through prospecting, website inquiries, databases, cold-calling, and other promotional strategies • Schedule and conduct virtual meetings and presentations with potential clients • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations on company products and services • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and customer interactions in the company CRM • Track customer reorders and follow up to ensure continued satisfaction • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer pain points and improve offerings • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and prospects • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance targets

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English (both verbal and written) with excellent communication skills • Proven success in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding quotas • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach • Friendly, fast learner who can adapt to change and have a “can-do” attitude • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM software, and virtual communication tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom • Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent • Minimum 4.00 GB computer memory/RAM • Windows 10 or Mac OSX operating system; no Linux, Unix, or other operating systems • Internet speed of 5.0 MBPS or higher on both primary and backup connections • Noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port • Webcam of at least 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording
