📋 Description

• Coordinate with hiring managers, interview teams, recruiters, human resources, shared services, and other stakeholders across talent acquisition and onboarding processes • Support the requisition lifecycle in the applicant tracking system, including audit documentation • Collaborate with the immigration team to ensure compliance with immigration regulations • Support offer management, background checks, reference checks, electronic consents, and communication of results • Adhere to recruiting processes, policies, tools, legislative and governmental regulations, and company procedures • Contribute to continuous improvement activities and document processes and improvements • Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate hiring-manager schedules • Make travel arrangements, prepare candidate information packets, and create interview agendas • Support expense processing for interviews and candidate travel • Provide offer administration support, including creating and formatting job descriptions in accordance with Cummins employment brand

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above • Outstanding fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of post-graduation experience encouraged to apply • CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency • Ability to communicate effectively in English on a daily basis • Ability to thrive in an international and diverse team environment • Strong communication and collaboration skills • High sense of accountability and attention to detail • Execution excellence and ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Ability to quickly learn and apply recruitment technologies and AI-related tools • Ability to work effectively across multiple systems and platforms • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations • Some work experience or intermediate-level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience, ideally within Talent Acquisition
