📋 Description

• Assist with relationship management with the Client and required reporting • Partner with Client Corporate Real Estate Team and local Business Unit leads • Lead and facilitate client presentations • Participate in client/C&W business reviews and key client meetings • Manage direct reports through coaching and mentoring • Assist with the implementation of portfolio plans • Initiate new transactions, dispositions, and renewals • Manage C&W and third-party brokerage resources • Lead and direct transactions ensuring a global consistent manner • Oversee legal review of all client leased documents • Maintain and monitor process reporting to the Client • Perform market and financial analysis for each transaction • Manage process documents and revenue projections & tracking • Lead the development of strategic plans • Identify potential occupancy cost savings strategies • Coordinate and implement reporting requirements • Modify and format existing generic process documents

🎯 Requirements

• +10 years’ experience working in a corporate services role • Valid Real Estate license • High-level, complex transaction management experience • Effective project management skills • Ability to lead a team in a cohesive, performance measured environment • Well-developed organizational skills • Well-developed financial analysis and modeling skills • Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
