📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end learning operations model, ensuring programs are operationally ready, scalable, and well-governed • Serve as the system owner for the Learning Management System (LMS), including structure, configuration, user administration, and governance • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into training completion and compliance • Partner with L&D leaders to define success metrics and KPIs for learning programs • Ensure operational readiness for program launches, pilots, and large-scale rollouts • Establish and maintain standards for training tracking, completion, and compliance reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Learning & Development, HR, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in learning operations, LMS administration, learning analytics, or a related role • Demonstrated experience administering and optimizing an LMS in a complex, multi-program environment • Strong experience designing reporting, dashboards, and data analysis for training programs • Experience establishing processes and governance for learning operations at scale • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
