📋 Description

• Overseeing and managing IT system implementations, software development projects, and IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion. • Coordinating cross-functional business stakeholders, technical teams, implementation partners, and subsidiaries to ensure successful migration outcomes. • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, milestone schedules, RAID logs, cutover plans, and status reporting for migration workstreams. • Leading data discovery, profiling, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and business signoff activities. • Partnering with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and IT leadership to define migration priorities and readiness criteria. • Creating executive-level status reporting and communicating project progress, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of ERP systems experience with at least 3 years leading migration, implementation, or transformation projects. • Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Infor M3 CloudSuite, Infor WMS, or similar enterprise platforms. • PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred. • Demonstrated experience leading ERP implementation, migration, or transformation projects. • Proven experience managing SAP-to-M3, SAP-to-ERP, or large-scale enterprise data migration initiatives. • Strong understanding of ERP data structures including customers, vendors, items, inventory, pricing, finance, and supply chain data. • Experience with migration tools, ETL processes, data validation, and reconciliation methodologies. • Ability to manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications. • Experience leading conference room pilots (CRPs), UAT, cutover planning, and go-live support activities.
