📋 Description

• This position will focus on clinical supplemental data acquisition and integration to support Aetna's quality measures including but not limited to Medicare Stars and Hedis. • Develop and validate statistical models and predictive algorithms • Perform exploratory data analysis on structured and unstructured datasets • Build repeatable analytical solutions using established tools and best practices • Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical approaches • Produce insights, metrics, and dashboards to support decision‑making • Operate within defined governance, ethical, and data‑privacy standard

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and clearly articulate findings to non-technical stakeholders • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on communicating insights and recommendations • Understanding of and adherence to data governance, privacy, and ethical standards in analytics work • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills applied to ambiguous or moderately complex analytical problems • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools, methods, and technologies as the analytics landscape evolves • Ability to design repeatable, scalable analytical solutions using established best practices • Strong capability in exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies • Ability to work with large, complex datasets using SQL and analytical data environments • Experience creating analytical outputs and visualizations using standard data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
