📋 Description

• Designs systems and deliverables to deliver innovative and impactful digital UX solution storytelling, under general direction. • Assesses specialized, functional areas to determine strategies for enhancing digital user experience storytelling. • Works with teams to develop presentation and motion graphic media using their complex UX designs and prototypes to share the progress of their work integrating theoretical concepts into practical solutions. • Creates and enhances the user experience of digital products and services storytelling, with a focus on usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction. • Utilizes specialized UX design storytelling knowledge and experience to influence strategic decision-making related to the enhancement and optimization of digital user experiences. • Assists in the management of digital UX storytelling projects, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are completed within the established parameters. • Implements processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards in digital UX design storytelling. • Coaches and mentors junior-level designers to help create intuitive and user-centered digital storytelling experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years digital work experience • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills • Adept at collaboration and teamwork • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills • Online portfolio showing expert level graphic and motion design production skills in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Adobe AfterEffects and Premiere.
