📋 Description

• Collaborate on the creation of strategic roadmaps • Execute on tactical steps within project plans with minimal support • Partner across departments in the enterprise to support the execution of project plans • Partner with DDAT to develop requirements, test & certify the solution, launch it to chain • Partner with Sr. Manager to communicate plans, risks, and opportunities from working team up to executive leadership • Support the implementation team in writing field communications • Manage help desk & field questions related to project • Support the creation of field & corporate facing materials such as: Colleague training • Ad-Hoc Analytics Support reporting and analysis for deep dive/follow up questions related to progression towards shared goals • Translate data insights into meaningful insights and actions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience within retail pharmacy operations (working in or with pharmacies) • 5+ years’ experience building high-performing teams with experience engaging and inspiring teams to achieve both short-term and long-term goals • Experience with Back End Pharmacy System Operations • Experience understanding complex systems (Ex. Electronic Prescribing) • Experience influencing without authority • Self-directed requiring little direction • Leverages a continual improvement mindset to create simplicity and improve the colleague and customer experience • Strong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by successful collaboration to achieve shared goals • Strong time management skills, evidenced by experience being accountable to multiple deliverables on staggered deadlines • Strong personal integrity and judgment, evidenced by a track record of managing highly sensitive or highly visible business matters • Strong communication skills in both formal and informal writing and speech • Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to learn and accept feedback • Proven track record of high performance • Regular and reliable attendance • Any additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manager • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Occasional travel may be required
