📋 Description
• Responsible for screening orders, specializing in research, review and entry of prescription overrides • Ensure patients receive their correct prescriptions in a timely manner • Direct questionable prescriptions to the prescriber for clarification • Meet specified production and quality standards as defined by the management team • Perform other pharmacy functions as required
🎯 Requirements
• Active Pharmacy Technician license in compliance with applicable state law where applicant resides • Minimum of 1 year related pharmacy technician experience • Adept at reading and interpreting prescription terminology and medications • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills • Data Entry experience • Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) • Strong attention to detail while multitasking through various programs
