📋 Description

• Lead Engineers to create a best-in-class member experience • Collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement and support technical solutions • Recruit, manage, mentor, and retain a high-performing engineering team • Monitor and optimize both team & system performance • Establish KPIs and OKRs for quantitative insights • Guide team’s work prioritization in alignment with strategic objectives • Collaborate closely with technical teams to understand expectations and develop solutions • Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate internal and external risks

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on engineering and software development • 5+ years of hands-on cloud development in GCP/any public/local cloud, along with building applications using Java frameworks • 1+ year using generative AI as an integrated component in software solutions • Strong experience in Angular, API Platform and full cycle development end-to-end • Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies (RKE, GCP), engineering frameworks and tools • Ability to diagram complex software architectures and communicate complex engineering ideas to non-technical stakeholders both visually and verbally • Understanding and familiarity with CI/CD, cloud devops, containers (kubernetes/Docker, etc.), and GCP managed services • Experience in large Pharmacy system is a plus
