📋 Description

• Providing technical leadership, architectural guidance, and hands-on oversight for the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise software solutions • Serving as the bridge between business objectives and technology execution, ensuring that applications are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with organizational standards • Partnering closely with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to drive solution design, establish development best practices, and ensure successful project delivery • Mentoring engineers, reviewing code quality, managing technical risks, and promoting continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional IT experience • 8+ years of .NET experience, including ASP.NET, MVC, Webforms, and C# or VB.NET • 8+ years software development and requirement analysis, design experience • 5+ years of development experience for projects delivered via Agile, Waterfall and/or SAFe methodologies • Proven experience as technical SME (with domain knowledge) in understanding business requirements and translating into software solutions • 3+ years of experience with proficiency in .NET, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems, proficiency in object-oriented programming various design and architectural patterns, concurrency patterns, reusable libraries • 3+ years of .NET Core including Web API, Entity Framework, DI • 3+ years of JSON and XML • 3+ years of JavaScript Frameworks such as Angular, React, or Blazor • Solid experience with Visual Studio, .NET, TFS, and PL/SQL development is required • Knowledge of API design patterns (REST - XML, JSON) is required • MCP, MCDBA, MCAD, MCSD certifications are a plus • A track record of writing clean, high quality, high performing, scalable code.
