📋 Description
• Conduct online Video Visits with health plan members • Provide education about health during visits • Maintain training and compliance with Video Visit requirements • Engage with management and clinical teams regularly • Meet operational and member experience KPIs
🎯 Requirements
• Board-certified Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants • Ability to maintain active state licenses in coverage areas • Experience with telehealth visit delivery or similar formats (preferred) • Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills • Proficiency with information management and technology
