📋 Description

• Instrument MT4/MT5 infrastructure and establish the first reliable uptime baseline • Bring MT4/MT5 operations fully in-house • Build the monitoring stack • Design recovery playbooks • Reduce client-facing incidents and associated financial losses • Hire and structure a small team with genuine 24/7 timezone coverage • Plan resilient shifts and eliminate single points of failure • Manage vendor relationships with MetaQuotes, Microsoft, and others • Establish preventive maintenance and incident-response processes • Participate in the cross-functional network access workstream • Run a structured 24/7 platform operations function • Report directly to the CEO, transitioning to the CTO once baseline operations are established • Own uptime and reliability improvement metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Current experience managing MT4/MT5 server infrastructure for a broker or prop firm • Hands-on infrastructure-level production operations experience • Experience building or significantly improving monitoring and incident-response regimes • Experience with playbooks and preventive maintenance • Experience with observability tooling such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or equivalent • Ability to run or take responsibility for a small 24/7 operations team • Timezone planning and shift-resilience experience • Ability to eliminate single points of failure • Ability to diagnose problems and build processes without an existing playbook • Comfort owning platform reliability and incident reduction outcomes • Hiring authority and ability to structure an operations team
