• CXM Group was established in 2015 primarily as an institutional liquidity provider. • CXM is a highly regulated and fast-growing global Fintech group with multiple regulatory licenses, including FCA and Mauritius, spanning global presence with 20+ offices in London, New York, Dubai and Southeast Asia with a 250+ multinational team. • Reporting Line: Sales Team Leader/CBDO • Working Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM (Monday – Friday) • Salary Range: Negotiable highly competitive salary based on experience, and “book of business" + "Aggressive Performance Based Bonus Structure • Other Com & Ben/ Allowances: result oriented • Start Date/ Reporting to work: immediate • Responsibilities • Identify partnership opportunities • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand • Maintain existing business • Think critically when planning to assure project success • Sales oriented • Perform other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the manager in order to meet department/ division objectives
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 1 - 2 years' business development experience preferably with financial industry background • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment • Enthusiastic, confident, outgoing personality • Have a can-do, go-getter attitude and be positive in the approach to work • Willing to travel (travel cross state)
