âą Collaborate closely with the Head of Customer Success to support a wide range of operational and customer-facing activities âą Own and manage the end-to-end provisioning lifecycle of new customer orders âą Coordinate and schedule customer service reviews and prepare service reports âą Perform database administration and data maintenance âą Support internal management processes and reporting requirements âą Contribute to Continual Service Improvement initiatives âą Identify and recommend process improvements âą Provide ad-hoc administrative support across the business âą Maintain strong relationships with client service stakeholders âą Support sales-related coordination activities âą Liaise with suppliers and service delivery partners
âą 1-2 years experience in provisioning and project co-ordination âą Excellent administrative, organisational and time management skills âą Proactive self-starter who can work independently or collaboratively âą Strong data handling and presentation capabilities âą Exceptional attention to detail âą Communicate confidently with excellent written and verbal English skills âą Quick to learn and understand new technologies and services âą Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite âą Proven ability to work with Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Service Ticketing systems âą Desirable: Experience with billing or revenue-linked delivery milestones âą Understanding of contracts, SLAs and service onboarding processes âą Experience working remote for overseas companies âą Exposure to cyber security services (SIEM, MXDR, endpoint security)
