📋 Description

‱ Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports for the Sales Director, management team and executive leadership. ‱ Produce pipeline analysis, forecasting reports and sales performance dashboards. ‱ Support board reporting, leadership presentations and commercial review packs. ‱ Track key sales KPIs, performance metrics and business trends. ‱ Analyse sales activity and provide insight into pipeline movement, conversion rates and forecasting accuracy. ‱ Consolidate information from sales teams to produce accurate management information. ‱ Assist with ad-hoc reporting requests from senior leadership. ‱ Support sales forecasting processes and reporting cycles. ‱ Monitor forecast submissions and ensure reporting deadlines are met. ‱ Prepare reports highlighting opportunities, risks and trends within the sales pipeline. ‱ Assist leadership in maintaining visibility of sales performance against targets and objectives. ‱ Support commercial planning activities and sales reviews. ‱ Identify gaps or inconsistencies in CRM data and work with sellers to resolve them. ‱ Support reporting and tracking of partner-sourced vs direct opportunities. ‱ Assist with partner performance tracking and pipeline visibility. ‱ Help maintain partner reporting packs and joint pipeline views. ‱ Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, reporting efficiency and data integrity. ‱ Help standardise and optimise sales workflows and reporting frameworks. ‱ Assist with preparation of sales presentations, customer proposals and internal business documents. ‱ Support contract administration and commercial documentation where required. ‱ Coordinate internal approvals and document workflows. ‱ Maintain sales templates, reporting formats and standard documentation. ‱ Support onboarding of new sales team members from an administrative perspective. ‱ Assist with customer and partner research when required. ‱ Support leadership with ad-hoc business reporting and administrative tasks. ‱ Assist with data gathering for strategic planning and business reviews. ‱ Coordinate information requests across sales, finance, operations and customer success teams. ‱ Help drive consistency in reporting and commercial governance processes. ‱ Provide general administrative support to the sales leadership team.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Previous experience in sales support, commercial operations, business support, reporting analyst or similar administrative role. ‱ Strong experience producing management reports and working with business data. ‱ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. ‱ Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. ‱ Ability to present information clearly and accurately. ‱ Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. ‱ Strong written and verbal English communication skills. ‱ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. ‱ Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams. ‱ Experience within technology, cybersecurity, managed services or professional services businesses would be advantageous.
