📋 Description

• Lead the delivery of transformative Salesforce solutions • Help clients achieve meaningful outcomes, especially in Agentforce and AI-driven service experiences • Design and deliver robust, scalable solutions • Collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively • Embrace complexity and continuous growth as a trusted advisor

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ Salesforce certifications (Sales and Service Cloud Consultant are essential) • Strong background in business analysis and facilitating client workshops • Proven ability to identify and propose multiple tailored solutions • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and implementation best practices • Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders • Bonus points if you: • Have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Are familiar with Agentforce and passionate about its potential to revolutionise customer service • Have worked in Agile teams (especially with Scrum) • Use data to drive insights and value-added recommendations
