📋 Description

• Investigate and resolve issues using logs, debugging, and code analysis • Monitor and report on the progress of actions through the complete resolution of requests • Collaborate with partner departments and involve other teams when necessary • Validate and test technical deliverables before deployment to production, maintaining clear and intuitive evidence • Execute RDM (Request for Deployment Management) processes, including outside business hours when necessary • Create and maintain technical documentation and operational materials for clients and internal use • Create and optimize services and dashboards to ensure high system availability and performance • Work with monitoring, support, continuous improvement, and the development of new Java backend solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Java backend development • Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and Java development patterns • Strong expertise in developing, analyzing, and maintaining batch-processing routines for high transaction volumes, with a focus on performance and reliability • Experience with monitoring, support, continuous improvement, and the development of new solutions • Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and advanced technical abilities • Experience with DataStage and ETL processes is a plus • Experience with IntelliJ, Eclipse, or similar tools • Knowledge of Grafana, Kibana, Elastic, and Dynatrace is a plus • Knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, and Spring Security is a plus • Knowledge of Java and JavaScript • Knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, and Redis • Knowledge of Sensedia and MuleSoft • Knowledge of Postman and Insomnia • Knowledge of SOA architecture • Knowledge of Git • Knowledge of AWS • Knowledge of Swagger and HTML documentation for REST API development and documentation • Knowledge of Jenkins and Jira • Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban is a plus • Ability to create scripts to automate repetitive tasks • Experience with API Gateways is a plus • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus • Bachelor’s degree • Availability for potential production deployments outside business hours
