📋 Description

• Lead the development and evolution of scalable test automation frameworks. • Define automation strategies aligned with business objectives. • Create automations to validate different scenarios and build automation from scratch. • Execute automated and manual tests (functional, exploratory, and regression). • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments. • Analyze risks, identify defects, and propose continuous improvements to QA processes. • Use bugs found, including those discovered in production, to expand regression and automated test coverage. • Mentor teams, promote best practices, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced experience with Java, Python, Selenium, Appium, or equivalent technologies. • Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD (Jenkins, CircleCI), Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible. • Experience with performance, security, and usability testing. • Proven experience creating automations for different business scenarios. • Strong background in manual testing. • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to test automation. • Familiarity with Porto Seguro tools and processes. • Ability to act as a technical QA reference.
