• Be the main contact for our SMB customers’ subscriptions, billing, and account needs. You’ll handle their day-to-day questions and make sure they get what they need. • Monitor customer accounts and resolve issues quickly to strengthen partnerships. • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases and orchestrate seamless solutions that exceed customer expectations. • Own end-to-end fulfillment—efficiently coordinate orders, schedule deliveries and pickups, communicate progress, and build customer confidence.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken); German is plus • 1–3 years of operations, account management, or customer support experience, preferably in mobility or fleet businesses. • Skilled communicator with ability to handle customer calls professionally and responsibly • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously with speed and accuracy • Handle high-volume work with structured discipline and reliability • Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership • Problem solver with customer focus • Proficient with CRM platforms (Odoo preferred) • Foundational understanding of logistics operations and delivery management.
