📋 Description
• Execute financial transactions across multiple payment channels in accordance with internal security protocols and operational procedures • Perform daily reconciliation of payment accounts, financial platforms, and ERP records, including transaction history and balance verification • Monitor liquidity across payment accounts and financial platforms, initiate internal transfers, conversions, and funding requests when required • Configure, test, and maintain payment accounts, financial platforms, and payment providers • Collaborate with financial partners and payment service providers to resolve operational issues and manage account limits • Support automation initiatives for payment processes and integrations between financial platforms and ERP/accounting systems • Conduct initial compliance checks in accordance with internal risk management procedures • Maintain internal documentation and operational procedures (Confluence) • Respond promptly to operational incidents and ensure strict adherence to internal security standards
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field • At least 2 years of experience in finance, treasury, payment operations, or financial control • Experience working with payment platforms, financial service providers, or treasury operations is a strong advantage • Understanding of payment processing workflows and financial operations • Experience working with 1C or similar ERP/accounting systems • Knowledge of AML/KYC principles and financial compliance processes • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with operational procedures • English proficiency at B1 level or higher • Fluency in Russian (spoken and written)
