• Own global strategic account plans for assigned top 25 pharmaceutical customers. • Build and execute multi-year growth strategies spanning instrument platforms, reagents and assay pull-through, and service and lifecycle programs. • Develop site-by-site and function-by-function expansion strategies across R&D, Translational, Clinical, Manufacturing, and CRO partnerships. • Establish trusted relationships with executive, scientific, procurement, and operations leadership within pharma accounts. • Drive executive-level business reviews, roadmap discussions, and long-range partnership alignment. • Identify and lead fleet replacement programs, platform standardization initiatives, reagent rental or bundled commercial models, and corporate agreements. • Build and maintain a robust enterprise pipeline in Salesforce aligned to strategic account plans. • Lead internal virtual account teams including regional sales, field application scientists, service leadership, product management, marketing, and operations. • Translate Cytek’s spectral flow cytometry differentiation into measurable scientific, operational, and economic value.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred). • 2+ years of experience in strategic or enterprise sales within life sciences, biotech, pharma, or diagnostics. • Demonstrated success selling complex capital equipment and/or workflow solutions into pharmaceutical accounts. • Proven ability to manage multi-site, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships. • Strong financial, negotiation, and business acumen. • Ability to travel ~40–50%.
