• Your day-to-day with us: No day is the same. Sometimes it’s about numbers and financial plans, sometimes it’s about people, conversations and sound decisions. • You keep things running, bring structure to the details and maintain an overview of the whole. • You work in close coordination with executive management to ensure the financial performance of the MVZ locations in Hamburg and Harburg. • Ensuring and optimizing billing (EBM & GOÄ). • Responsibility for non-physician staff in close coordination with medical leadership. • Onboarding, personnel development, continuing education, annual performance and bonus reviews. • Analysis, review and forwarding of monthly reports. • Participation in business and investment planning. • Regular exchange with network partners and hospitals. • Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations and standards. • Quality management, conducting and documenting training sessions as well as effectiveness checks.
• Experience in practice management and a solid understanding of billing, HR and organization. • Willingness to take responsibility — and the composure when things get hectic. • A good sense for processes, numbers and people. • Enjoy improving processes and putting ideas into action.
