📋 Description

• Assess the outcomes and quality of life of our residents through guidance and support during care visits • Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of processes and systems • Analyze, organize, coordinate and ensure workflows in the senior centers and provide consulting to optimize work processes • Monitor compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines • Ensure achievement of the quality management system targets and of structural, process and outcome quality • Support senior centers before, during and after MDK visits, inspections by the supervisory authority and other external audits • Implement, further develop and evaluate the internal quality management system

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed training as a registered/qualified nurse • Further training and/or a degree in Quality Management, Nursing Management or Health Management, plus at least 3 years of subsequent leadership/management experience • Confident appearance and strong communication skills • Analytical ability to identify problems, evaluate them and initiate appropriate measures • Competence in managing and implementing professional nursing tasks • High social and leadership competence combined with assertiveness • Willingness to travel for regional assignments
